All content on our platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Kronos System or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
By submitting content (documents, resumes, files, text) to our platforms for processing, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
MarketInsight.co.in provides investment information, portfolio tracking tools, and AI-generated market insights for informational and educational purposes only.
Some features of our platforms require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for annual subscriptions if you are not satisfied and have not extensively used the service. Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions or after 7 days. To request a refund, email billing@kronossystem.com.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand our practices.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kronos System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kronos System, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through our platforms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
